The most awarded Boutique winery of Argentina
The brand name VINORUM is derived from the Latin phrase “Vinum regum, rex vinorum””, which means “Wine of Kings, King of Wines”. That was Louis XIV’s description for the Hungarian wine Tokaji Aszú, one of the most highly regarded wines in the 17th Century, so much so that Peter I of Russia sent legions of Cossacks to watch over the wineries and the roads where this wine was transported. Furthermore, the caustic Voltaire said about it: “This wine invigorates every fibre of my brain and, deep in my soul, produces a charming glint of intelligence and good humor”.
Our vineyards are located in Perdriel, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza, Argentina, at the foot of the Andes mountain range, 1,060 m above sea level. They are situated in the Mendoza River Highlands, a unique region in the world, with ideal characteristics for the production of fine wines. One of our tasting rooms is nestled within our vineyards.
Focused on the Malbec grape variety, Vinorum offers three lines of products, a Premium line, its “masterpiece”, nursed in French oak for 10 months; a Reserve line, nursed in oak for 18 months and the Brandsen line, nursed in oak barrels for 4 months.
